decking
decking

Improve the storage capability and safety of your pallet rack and warehouse shelving. Decking is placed in shelf levels of rack and shelving to support palletized and hand-loaded materials and guard against misplaced loads.

Complete the floor of your mezzanine system with a variety of decking options: bar grating, plank decking, wood decking, metal decking and B decking.

wire decking

Prevent product damage and personnel injury by adding wire deck to your pallet rack, wide span shelving and rivet shelving systems. Wire decking, quick and simple to install and the most common pallet racking accessory, is made of welded steel mesh. Support channels welded to the bottom of the deck span between pallet rack beams and carry the weight of the load.

Eliminate dust and debris build up, providing a cleaner shelf level than solid wood or metal decking. Wire decking improves warehouse safety by allowing light through the system and fire sprinkler water to lower levels.

more information

wood decking

Place wood decking into the storage levels of your storage system. Plywood or particle board decking creates an inexpensive, solid shelving unit for palletized and non-palletized items to be stored.

solid metal decking

Give your palletized and non-palletized inventory a stronger shelf than wire deck. Solid metal decking is a cost effective and functional way to provide a smooth surface for easy removal of product. Fire resistant and easy to install, metal decking is perfect for storage of heavier inventory that wire decking cannot support.

perforated rain decking

Allows sprinkler water to easily flow through the levels of your storage system in the event of a fire. Perforated rain decking often exceeds fire code requirements and has similar load capacities of solid metal decking. This decking system has a smooth top and bottom surface, perfect for storing items that might fall through wire decking, such as furniture legs.

b decking

Utilize the most common structural roof deck in finishing your mezzanine floor. B decking, also known as b-deck, roof deck or corrugated steel, is strong, economical and light weight. B decking is used as a sub-floor with other surfaces to complete a mezzanine floor surfaced with plywood, resin coated plywood or diamond plate.

plywood decking

Operate pallet jacks and other wheeled equipment on your mezzanine. Plywood decking over metal B deck is economical and provides a smooth surface for moving pallets with a pallet jack. Resin coated plywood decking lowers maintenance and lengthens the life of your mezzanine floor. These options are excellent in applications where either solid flooring is required and/or ventilation is not.

diamond plate decking

Most durable mezzanine flooring option is diamond plate decking over B decking. Frequently employed in gate areas where material is transferred by forklifts.

bar grating decking

Employ bar grating for your mezzanine floor for ventilation, lighting and fire regulation. Bar grating decking is welded and painted steel bars that can be sized to your capacity requirements. This type of decking is not recommended for applications with small parts or pallet jacks, as parts can fall through the flooring and the uneven surface is rough on pallet jacks.

metal plank decking

Choose plank decking to floor your mezzanine in outdoor, freezer and wet applications. Metal plank decking made of galvanized metal is perforated to let water, light and air to pass through. Optional serrated surfaces provide exceptional tracking for your harsh environments.
