Shipping/Freight

Q. Do the prices online include shipping fees?
A. Our website prices do not include shipping fees as they vary greatly based on size and weight. We are always happy to provide a custom freight quote for you specific to the products you wish you purchase.

Q. How do you handle your deliveries?
A. We arrange delivery of orders by full truck, LTL, local KC delivery service, and United States postal service for small orders.

Product Inventory

Q. Are all of the items on your website in stock?
A. Not all items. We have a large in stock inventory of new, used, and reconditioned material that can quickship from Kansas City, but we also ship material direct from factories across the country to minimize shipping cost.

Q. Is your complete in stock inventory on your the website?
A. We do our best to maintain in stock inventory on our site, but we receive truckloads of material every day so it is impossible to keep the website updated 24/7. Feel free to contact us directly if you don’t see what you’re looking for online.

Q. Can I view materials that are being quoted?
A. We are more than happy to supply you with detailed pictures of any of the materials we quote and have in stock. We also have images of products we sell on our website. We can provide pictures of the actual material that you purchase for review before it ships.

Order Lead Times

Q. How long does it take for an order to ship or be ready for pickup?
A. Many small orders can be filled the same day if the material is in stock, but the average order generally takes 2 – 4 business days to process. Larger or more complex orders that require in house fabrication and paint may take 7 – 14 business days to complete, depending on the project.

Order Pick Up

Q. Can I pick up my order at your facility in KC?
A. Yes, we offer free customer pickup for in stock material orders.

Location

Q. Is Kansas City your only location?
A. Yes, our headquarters are located in Kansas City, but we also ship used material direct from jobsites and new material direct from factories across the country. We design, sell and install material handling projects all over the country as well.

Q. Do you supply and install all over the country?
A. Yes, we have several installation crews based throughout the United States and we travel overseas based on your location.

Q. Do you buy materials?
A. We buy and trade material handling equipment from all over the country. To learn more about our buy-back program, click here.

Q. Do you assist in layout and design work?
A. Warehouse1 uses Auto-Cad drawings to assist in providing the best possible configuration based on your needs and space available. We also offer on-site visits to customer locations to do an in-person walk through.

Q. Do you offer services other than installation of new material?
A. Yes, we offer equipment integration, facility surveys, layout design, material liquidations, project management, and warehouse reconfiguration or relocation.

Payment

Q. Can you invoice me for the order?
A. We do offer payment terms based on approved credit applications and support documentation. We also take all major credit cards and ACH wire payments. Credit applications can sometimes take up to a week for approval, so please plan accordingly.

Q. Do you rent or lease material?
A. Yes, we offer short term rentals on used material and can provide lease options on new and used material.
