By utilizing this 16 x 11 Cogan Pre Engineered Mezzanine, you can double your usable floor space. Whether you are increasing storage, creating work platforms, adding an in-plant office, or renovating your warehouse, a high quality mezzanine with ample column spacing is a cost effective solution. Easy installation requires no drilling or welding as components are identified and cross referenced in the installation manual. Heavy duty columns are a minimum of 5x 5 x 3/16 inches, providing the strength needed for industrial and commercial applications. The system is designed for 125 PSF uniform live load. All components are painted gray with black bar grating. Dimensions listed are nominal, exact dimensions may vary. NOTE: Before ordering, approval drawings need to be submitted showing size and height of mezzanine, type of decking, length and number of framing members, column locations, and location and types of accessories.
