Wire Shelving FAQs

Q. How much weight can I load per unit of wire shelving?
A. A stationary unit can support up to 2000 lbs. of evenly distributed material total with shelves up to 48”. A mobile unit will generally have a capacity ranging from 600 – 900 lbs. based on the type of caster that is selected.

Q. What type of product finishes are available?
A. Wire shelving is available in chrome plated, stainless steel, and several colors and types of epoxy suitable for dry or wet conditions.

Q. Are these units shipped assembled?
A. No, our wire shelving units to not ship assembled. The units are shipped knocked down to reduce shipping costs and limit possible damage. The units come with assembly instructions that are easy to follow, but like most things that need to be assembled, the first unit will take an hour and the second unit will take ten minutes.
